PDX Sales is run by Doug Hanson in Portland, Oregon. This page explains what happens to the information you share through pdxsales.com. The short version: I use it to reply to you, and nothing else.
What I collect
When you use the contact form, I receive what you type in: your name, email, company, stage, what you sell and where you're stuck. If you email hello@pdxsales.com directly, I receive your message the same way.
To see how many people visit, I use Vercel Web Analytics. It counts page views without cookies and without identifying you. I don't run advertising trackers, and I don't set my own cookies.
How I use it
- To read your message and reply to you.
- To send you one automatic confirmation that your message arrived.
I don't sell your information, share it with other companies for their own use, or add you to a mailing list.
Services that help run the site
A few services handle parts of the site for me, and each processes some information under its own privacy policy:
- Cloudflare Turnstile checks, in the background, that the contact form is being filled in by a person and not a bot. Turnstile is subject to the Cloudflare Privacy Policy and the Cloudflare Turnstile Privacy Addendum.
- Resend delivers form messages to my inbox and sends your confirmation email (privacy policy).
- Zcal handles booking if you schedule a call (privacy policy).
- Vercel hosts the site, keeps standard server logs and provides the anonymous visit counts (privacy notice).
- Google Fonts serves the site's typeface (privacy policy).
How long I keep it
Your message stays in my email for as long as it's useful for our conversation. If you'd like me to delete it, just ask.
Questions or requests
Email hello@pdxsales.com to ask what I have, correct it or have it deleted. If this policy changes, I'll update the date at the top of this page.
